Location and surroundings of object

The Marina Wendtorf holiday resort is located directly at the entrance to the Kiel Fjord in the beautiful Probstei region. Beaches for families, dog owners and individualists are within easy walking distance.
Right on your doorstep and in the surrounding area, you will find opportunities for relaxing hikes and bike rides.
The bright beach with its blue-green, gently sloping water invites children to play, dig and splash around. Swimmers can jump straight into the refreshing water from the pier.
During the high season, the beach has a lifeguard service, beach club, water sports school and public toilets, as well as a brand new playground.
The Probstei offers many activities for young and old, those seeking peace and quiet and those seeking action.

In the marina, protected behind the dyke, our holiday homes are located on a quiet street where children can still play. The balcony of our houses offers a wonderful view of the marina. In summer, white sailboats moor here, and in winter, migratory birds rest on the lagoon. In every season, you can watch the big ships sailing in and out of the Kiel Fjord. In summer, the cruise ships awaken a longing for distant shores.

Nice accommodation within walking distance to the Marina Wendtorf, with a view of the Baltic Sea. Restaurants and a bakery are also in close proximity. Beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, or further ones are also easily accessible by bike or car! In nice weather, sitting at the houses in the second row due to the close development feels a bit like being on display, both on the terrace and on the balcony. Overall, however, a very beautiful area for a relaxing vacation.

A really beautiful little house in a quiet holiday resort with a sea view. The kitchen is very well equipped and completely sufficient for a few relaxing days with minimal cooking activities. The locations on the promenade (Ahoi Steffen Henssler and Jannys) also help not to have to cook actively every day. The integrated sauna is a great highlight and perfect for cold, rainy days. A general overhaul with a fresh coat of paint would do the house good, and the cleaning service could be a bit more thorough so that one can feel comfortable right at the start of the vacation. The Marina Wendtorf exceeded our expectations and scored points with great weather at the beginning of autumn. The hiking routes around the coast and the salt marshes are highly recommended. Our dog also really enjoyed the nearby dog beaches.
