Description

In the well-known leisure and yacht harbor "Marina Wendtorf", the semi-detached house in Scandinavian style, located in the front row, offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea vacation on the Kiel Fjord. For up to 4 adults and 2 children, the holiday home on two floors and 68m² offers two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden and the highlight: the dry sauna.

Additional costs such as gas, water and electricity consumption are included! As is high-speed WiFi via fiber optic connection.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm, but a continuous topper. Please bring a fitted sheet 180x200) and the other two single beds (each 90x200cm). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have black-out windows. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet, sink and dry sauna.

On the first floor you will find an open, light-flooded living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch SmartTV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times.

Outside there are seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal grill. There is also a free car parking space and a lockable bicycle shed in the immediate vicinity of the house. From the balcony you can enjoy the view towards the sea. Whether it is mild summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and a natural environment in every season.

WiFi is available throughout the house via fiber optic connection with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s.

The promenade right by the harbour invites you to linger with its wide range of attractions.
The restaurant ‘Ahoi – Steffen Henssler’ will take care of your physical well-being, while the adjacent ice cream parlour offers delicious refreshments.
You will also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A useful addition to your stay is the self-service mini laundrette, where you can wash and dry your laundry yourself daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Location and surroundings of object

The Marina Wendtorf holiday resort is located directly at the entrance to the Kiel Fjord in the beautiful Probstei region. Beaches for families, dog owners and individualists are within easy walking distance.
Right on your doorstep and in the surrounding area, you will find opportunities for relaxing hikes and bike rides.
The bright beach with its blue-green, gently sloping water invites children to play, dig and splash around. Swimmers can jump straight into the refreshing water from the pier.
During the high season, the beach has a lifeguard service, beach club, water sports school and public toilets, as well as a brand new playground.
The Probstei offers many activities for young and old, those seeking peace and quiet and those seeking action.

In the marina, protected behind the dyke, our holiday homes are located on a quiet street where children can still play. The balcony of our houses offers a wonderful view of the marina. In summer, white sailboats moor here, and in winter, migratory birds rest on the lagoon. In every season, you can watch the big ships sailing in and out of the Kiel Fjord. In summer, the cruise ships awaken a longing for distant shores.

Pretty little holiday home with cozy furnishings. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom a bit small, but absolutely sufficient. From the living room upstairs, you have an absolutely fantastic view of the sunset at this time of year. We would love to come back.

We can only recommend the Moven's Nest. Everything worked wonderfully, and the house is located in a quiet and very beautiful area. The house itself was perfect for us, everything is nicely furnished, clean, and practical. Nothing to improve, and we can almost say never. Best regards, Family W.

Super accommodation in the second row to the sea. View of the sea from the living and sleeping area. Very clean, super soft beds, and the kitchen is equipped with everything the heart desires. The living room has a bioethanol fireplace - pure coziness at this time of year. The contactless key handover worked well. The staff was helpful, dogs are welcome. A bakery is within walking distance and the EDEKA is not far away. In the neighboring town, there is a DM and a discount store. We are happy to come back.
