The “Ferienhaus Dünenvilla Ostseeblick Marina Wendtorf” awaits you amidst the picturesque landscape of Marina Wendtorf, only 100 meters from the Baltic Sea and in immediate proximity to the sandy beach (200 meters). Built in 2016 and last renovated in 2025, this modern 68 m² holiday house, spread over two floors, offers a blend of luxury and comfort with its high-quality furnishing and contemporary design, ideally suited for families, couples, or guests wishing for both relaxation and active recreation on the Baltic coast.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious open-plan living and dining area with vinyl flooring, bright ambiance, and stylish decor. Floor-to-ceiling windows open up magnificent, unobstructed views of the Baltic Sea, making the “Ostseeblick” its true namesake. The living area features a comfortable sofa, digital SAT-TV (44–55 inch, two devices), a Blu-ray player, a DVD player, CD player, HiFi system, and complimentary video-on-demand. For your comfort, a modern gas heating system and a fireplace-stove create a cozy atmosphere, while several rooms benefit from air conditioning.

The fully equipped, open kitchen seamlessly integrates into the living area and provides everything necessary for self-catering: a ceramic hob, oven (electric connection), extra freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, blender, and a wide range of utensils, cutlery, and crockery. A dining table offers ample space for convivial meals. An initial set of kitchen towels and cleaning essentials is provided.

The house features two comfortable bedrooms with high-quality vinyl flooring, wardrobes or chests of drawers, blackout options, and sufficient storage. Four sleeping accommodations are available in total, and families with children and babies (baby-friendly equipment, high chair on request) are expressly welcome.

The modern bathroom delights with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, wash basin, toilet, and natural daylight. A washing rack and a vacuum cleaner are also available.

Relax outside on the private, covered terrace or the balcony—each equipped with sun loungers, parasol, and garden furniture. From here, you enjoy an exceptional sea view and plenty of privacy thanks to the fenced 400 m² plot with mature trees and a garden arbor. For outdoor leisure, a classic charcoal grill, a sun-protected beach chair, and a private garden are at your disposal; a separate garden house offers further storage for equipment or bicycles.

After an eventful day, treat yourself in your private wellness oasis: The house features its own sauna for exclusive use, ensuring relaxation in all seasons.

Stay connected with fast WLAN (min. 100 Mbit/s via cable/glass fiber). Other amenities include a private, free parking space directly at the house, digital smoke detectors, blackout blinds, iron, and contactless check-in/out.

Pets are welcome (max. 2). However, youth groups are not permitted.

The restaurant ‘Ahoi – Steffen Henssler’ will take care of your physical well-being, while the adjacent ice cream parlour offers delicious refreshments.
You will also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A useful addition to your stay is the self-service mini laundrette, where you can wash and dry your laundry yourself daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The Marina Wendtorf holiday resort is located directly at the entrance to the Kiel Fjord in the beautiful Probstei region. Beaches for families, dog owners and individualists are within easy walking distance.
Right on your doorstep and in the surrounding area, you will find opportunities for relaxing hikes and bike rides.
The bright beach with its blue-green, gently sloping water invites children to play, dig and splash around. Swimmers can jump straight into the refreshing water from the pier.
During the high season, the beach has a lifeguard service, beach club, water sports school and public toilets, as well as a brand new playground.
The Probstei offers many activities for young and old, those seeking peace and quiet and those seeking action.

In the marina, protected behind the dyke, our holiday homes are located on a quiet street where children can still play. The balcony of our houses offers a wonderful view of the marina. In summer, white sailboats moor here, and in winter, migratory birds rest on the lagoon. In every season, you can watch the big ships sailing in and out of the Kiel Fjord. In summer, the cruise ships awaken a longing for distant shores.

Super beautiful view. Everything nearby. You can even walk all the way to Laboe. Very nice accommodation. We will remember this vacation for a long time.

We had a nice vacation at the accommodation. The amenities, the view, etc. were great! The beach Stein (about 15 min.) is also very nice and reachable on foot! The new harbor promenade has also turned out well. Families with small children should be informed that there is no stair guard and the stair area is overall quite open. We had to constantly watch our little one to make sure he didn't sail down. Overall, the accommodation is recommended for a great Baltic Sea holiday!
