Description

Your modern temporary home awaits you on the ground floor on barrier-free 80m² in the apartment "Fine" with high-quality furnishings and an aesthetic room concept: In the living room area there is stylish furniture and two modern sofas for relaxing or watching TV on the flatscreen TV. The underfloor heating and the fireplace provide cosiness and cosy warmth on cooler days. Take a seat at the cozy solid wood table and enjoy exciting game nights. The open kitchen is equipped to a high standard, so that in addition to Nespresso and filter coffee machines, a kettle and various baking accessories are at your disposal. Two bedrooms with a double box spring bed and two single box spring beds ensure restful nights. In addition, there are TVs in both bedrooms.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and a floor-to-ceiling shower. Cosmetic mirrors, hair dryers and straighteners complete the range. For our little guests, there is also a travel cot, a high chair, a step and a potty. Enjoy the sun and the North Sea air on the beautiful terrace. In addition to a charcoal grill and seating for four people, you will find two sun loungers for relaxing. A handcart is also available for excursions.
A parking space and a lockable bicycle shed offer space for your car and bicycles you have brought with you.

If you want to spend your North Sea holiday with the whole family and friends, we can also provide you with a symbiosis of 2 adjoining holiday apartments by managing several properties.

Perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung. Es war alles da zum Wohlfühlen. Auch an die Kinder wurde gedacht, einfach super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer guten Ausstattung. Direkt am Anfang der Ferienhaussiedlung. Sehr schön ist, dass es nun einen sehr schönen Spielplatz in der Nähe gibt. Großer Vorteil war, dass es einen kleineren Bollerwagen gibt, dies spart dann schon Platz im Auto, wenn man diesen nicht mitnehmen muss. Der angebende Sonnenschirm fehlte hingegen leider. An zwei Tagen hatten wir fast 30 Grad, da wäre er hilfreich gewesen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Unterkunft und die Umgebung ist super, es fehlte in der Unterkunft an gar nichts Die Unterkunft ist liebevollen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Für Kinder gibt es genügend Spielzeug, richtig tolle Spiele. Für Erwachsene gibt es auch Gesellschaftsspiele. Man muss nichts mitbringen. Ich werde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Betten waren gut, großes Badezimmer wo mitgedacht wurde und viele Ablagemöglichkeiten für Handtücher etc. waren. Dusche und Badewanne vorhanden. Zu Fuß ca 20 min am deich entlang bis zum Zentrum. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung und können sie weiterempfehlen. Auch die Abwicklung war problemlos und tolle freundliche Kommunikation ! TOP

Bell, bell, bell! This vacation apartment thrilled us from the first moment. It is spacious, flooded with light, and elegantly and high-quality furnished with great taste. Here you immediately feel welcome and can wonderfully unwind. The equipment really leaves nothing to be desired: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy terrace furniture, wool blankets for cooler evenings, board games for sociable hours, and even a grill for relaxed summer evenings – everything has been thought of! Particularly noteworthy is the large bathroom, which – aside from the somewhat aged silicone joints in the shower – was in a very clean and well-maintained condition. A minor point that does not detract from the overall picture. The location is ideal: Just a few steps to the Perlebucht and the center is also quickly reachable. Bicycles are the best way to get around here – many beautiful destinations in and around Büsum are easily accessible. Excursions to the Wattforum in Tönning or the seal station in Friedrichskoog are recommended – both are great experiences, especially for children. In short: We felt completely comfortable here and are already looking forward to our next stay.
