Description

In the beautiful 125 m² holiday home "Heimathafen", you'll spend your dream vacation on the Baltic Sea and the Flensburg Fjord.
The living room is comfortably furnished and features a fireplace that provides cozy warmth, especially on cooler days.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can host wonderful evenings of cooking.
The terrace and adjoining garden offer plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air.
The beach chair invites you to relax, and our younger guests can play in the beach tent.
A hammock is also provided, so you can sit back and leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind.
The house has three bedrooms upstairs, furnished with one standard double bed (180x200 cm) and two smaller double beds (140x200 cm).
There's also a balcony upstairs where you can enjoy the sun all afternoon and evening.
The bathroom is located upstairs and has both a shower and a bathtub.
There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available.
There are three parking spaces in front of the house.
The holiday home "Heimathafen" (Home Port) is just a few minutes' walk from the idyllic harbor of Langballigau and the nearby forest with its cliffs.
The nearest supermarket is in the village of Langballig and is easily accessible by car.
A trip to the nearby city of Flensburg, only 17 km away, or to Denmark is highly recommended.

Location and surroundings of object

Langballigau is located directly on the Baltic Sea, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The small town of Glücksburg is only about 20 minutes away and lies directly on the Flensburg Fjord along the idyllic Baltic Sea Cycle Route. The surrounding area is characterized by forests and lakes, perfect for hiking and cycling. In Glücksburg, you'll find two different beaches: the Sandwig spa beach with its pleasant promenade and restaurants, and the long beach on the Holnis peninsula. Both beaches have a gentle slope and are therefore particularly suitable for families with children. Activities such as stand-up paddleboarding and surfing are also available, and beach chairs can be rented. From Sandwig beach, a boat departs several times a day during the season for the neighboring port city of Flensburg. There, you'll find a beautiful promenade, the historic harbor, museums, cafés, restaurants, and a charming shopping street with small courtyards, perfect for a relaxed shopping experience.

We felt completely comfortable in this very beautiful house! The quiet location on the outskirts was the perfect starting point for many interesting day trips. A highlight for us was the evenings on the terrace with a view of a large, well-kept garden towards the sunset. We really enjoyed our stay and would set sail for the "Heimathafen" again anytime!
