Description

The lovely "Morgentanz" holiday apartment offers pure comfort and relaxation across approximately 63 m². It is idyllically situated in Emmelsbüll, near Dagebüll—the gateway to the North Frisian Islands—providing a perfect base for exploring the North Sea coast at your own pace. From Dagebüll, you can easily reach the islands of Amrum and Föhr, or take the train from Niebüll to Sylt.

You can make yourself at home in the spacious living room, which features an adjoining open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, making it a pleasure to prepare meals. The bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a double bed (180 x 200 cm). A comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for up to two additional guests.

The bright bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures extra comfort.

You can spend wonderful hours enjoying the fresh North Sea air on the adjoining sun terrace, which opens onto a shared garden. An electric barbecue is available for sociable cookouts.

A small village shop is located right in the village and is easily accessible on foot. A dedicated parking space is available in front of the house, and any bicycles you bring along can be safely stored in a lockable bike garage.

Location and surroundings of object

The North Frisian Wadden Sea and the Südwesthörn swimming area await you just 3 km from Emmelsbüll. Dagebüll is also very close by (approx. 12 km) and serves as the perfect starting point for excursions in the region; from there, you can reach the ferries to the North Sea islands of Amrum and Föhr in just a few minutes by car. The area's numerous dikes offer ideal conditions for long bicycle rides, and you will conveniently find a bike rental shop right in the village. From the nearby harbor in Schlüttsiel (approx. 8 km), you can easily take a boat to the Halligen islands of Hooge and Langeneß. Emmelsbüll is also ideally situated for a day trip to Sylt: from neighboring Klanxbüll (approx. 6 km), you can take the train directly to Westerland in just about 30 minutes.

Super nice, clean, modern apartment that offers everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality utensils, cutlery, for example, from WMF. The freezer compartment could be larger (only one package of ice, etc. fits in). Unfortunately, the mattress was way too hard for us. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about.

The vacation rental was nice and sufficient for 2 guests, very good parking, quiet location. If you love the village atmosphere and the North Sea, this is the right place. The vacation rental is also advantageous for trips to Denmark.
