Description
This beautiful apartment offers a small covered courtyard and a separate guest terrace for barbecuing. At the entrance you can check in comfortably with a key box. From there you enter a small hallway and look in on the door to the shower room with WC. With one step you enter the rooms of the flat. On the right you will find the separate kitchen with seating. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. You will find a toaster, coffee maker, cooking and crockery equipment in sufficient quantity. Spices and basic cooking equipment are available. The living/sleeping room is equipped with a bed and the beautiful leather couch with conversion to a sofa bed. Games for the children can be found behind the panel curtain. Flat screen TV is equipped with Magenta TV - free internet for streaming and working in the home office is available. A desk for working is also available, as well as enough brochures for excursions to the Rhine-Main plain, which are guest-tested. The three-bed room with separate beds can be converted into a double bed (two beds put together). In the other combined bedroom, there is a bed for single use and can be converted into a two-bed room with a bed chair for children, for example.
The flat offers a beautiful view into the garden from all rooms and a view of the skyline to Frankfurt am Main.
The surroundings are quiet and the neighbourhood is surrounded by detached houses. The air is superbly pure and our water so soft - as it is pumped from a well and supplies the villages of Ruppertshain and Eppenhain. There is a parking possibility in front of the house "public" - we have an agreement with our neighbours for our guests.
From our apartment you can start hiking directly into the Taunus and for geocatchers this area - according to guests' statements - is excellent for treasure discoveries.
Wiesbaden and Frankfurt am Main are about 22 kilometres away - trade fair guests can relax here after a stressful day. You will find the bus stop in approx. 300 m, the buses will take you to Kelkheim Bahnhof or Königstein Bahnhof to transfer options to the regional train or S/U-Bahn. Groceries can be found in Königstein or Kelkheim OT Fischbach, approx. 3 kilometres away - please be aware of this when arriving.

- Für bis zu 5 Werktage vor Anreise kostenfrei stornieren möglich - Sa. zählt zu einem Werktag. Danach sind 90 % des Reisepreises fällig, wenn keine Folgebuchung den Zeitraum abdecken wird. Gem § 537 BGB und § 542 II BGB wird bei Storno am Anreisetag, bei Nichtanreise, geringerer Personenanzahl als gebucht oder früherer Abreise der vollständige Buchungspreis fällig, es sei denn, das eine andere Buchung den stornierten Zeitraum auffangen kann.
