We had an amazing stay at the vacation house in Svetvincenat! The spacious layout was perfect for our large family, and the kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made meal preparation easy after a long day exploring nearby attractions like the Morosini-Grimani castle, which was just a short drive away. We also enjoyed a couple of meals at local restaurants, especially the seafood at the Limski canal. Overall, a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

A charming, somewhat older stone house in a quiet, idyllic location in the heart of nature. Daily visits from various insects are normal. The house was freshly painted, and the sanitary facilities as well as the swimming pool were very clean. Spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, but it was necessary to clean the cutlery and pots again. On the ground floor is the living kitchen, and at the end of May, it can get quite cool in the evenings. The heating could not be activated via the thermostat, but the owner contacted us the next day to offer support. Unfortunately, the operation was not easy. A car is essential in the area! Rovinj is only about 25 km away and is the nearest larger city - all of Istria is beautiful and strongly influenced by Italy, very friendly people, also in dealing with children, the reception and departure were absolutely relaxed and uncomplicated, thank you!

It's an ideal place for family relaxation. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful landscapes make it a wonderful experience. The children had a great time playing outdoors, not worrying about traffic. The pool and outdoor dining area increased our joy. Even without screens, the kids were occupied for days. The kitchen had everything we needed, and parking was easy. Close to nature with beautiful hiking trails. Although we had some trouble finding the place at first, the host was extremely helpful. We can't wait to return next year!

I loved living here! The bedrooms were spacious and cozy, I felt at home. The location was good for exploring nearby castles, and the seafood in the Lim Channel was amazing. I only wish there were more restaurants within walking distance, but we managed somehow!
