This villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Rovinjsko Selo and offers 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. You will have a sun terrace with a private swimming pool, sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The garden with Mediterranean plants overlooks the surroundings and the sea.

The historic center of the picturesque town of Rovinj is located only 8 km away. Daily shopping can be done within 1 km of the property. Several restaurants are just 500 m away. For a wonderful day at the beach you can look up the crystal clear sea, which is located 9 km from the house.

Also you have access to a bathroom with a bubble bath and a relaxation area with infrared lamps and a sauna. Outside is a covered terrace with barbecue which boasts a delicious summer meal.

The nearest airport (Pula) is located 38 km from the property.

Note: Use of the heated pool is possible upon request; water temperature up to 25 °C.

Our stay in the villa in Rovinjsko Selo was absolutely fantastic! The private pool was a highlight and offered the perfect place to relax after a day full of explorations. The location was great—just a short drive to the beautiful town of Rovinj and some lovely beaches. The villa itself was spacious and well-equipped, making it a home away from home. The garden with its Mediterranean plants added a nice touch to our evenings grilling on the terrace. I can't recommend it enough for a family vacation!
