This property is perfect for families. With four bedrooms, everyone had their own space. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the microwave made meal preparation easier. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed relaxing in the sun.

Even though the essential things were cleaned, the house was not clean enough for me, especially regarding the outdoor area. A cabinet in the kitchen was almost falling apart. There was grease and everything was in disarray in the cabinets. The outdoor area around the pool was very dirty. No one had trimmed the bushes and trees, so there was no view from the pool. The tiles around the pool were very dirty. The house, which is actually lovingly furnished, is only cleaned by a cleaning team in the interior regarding the same things, in my opinion. There is no consideration for the bigger picture. It's really a shame. Additionally, I found it annoying that the lady on-site did not speak a single word of English. Not suitable for international rentals, in my opinion. Furthermore, it should have been clear from the description that you only have sun on the terraces until early afternoon at most. I find this information very crucial. After sunset, you could no longer sit outside because you would be bitten by mosquitoes. This already diminished our vacation experience. The house is also definitely not suitable for 8 people in terms of size, even if there are theoretically enough sleeping places. A family with 2 children would be the maximum, in my view. Due to the steep stairs to the house, everyone should be in good physical condition.

This vacation home exceeded our expectations! The bedrooms were comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus. We enjoyed our mornings on the terrace with coffee from the Nespresso machine. The garden furniture was perfect for relaxing.

After a car breakdown we only arrived at 11:30 pm in the house. Key no problem given that you had informed us about the locker for which thanks. What was disappointing on arrival was the lack of any property. Only small parking space and no less than 35! stairs to reach the front door! To reach the lowest level, another 15 extra steps !! My elderly parents-in-law have not been coming along for several years. With them there this had been a problem. Photos do not give a correct image of the house. Better inform people correctly about the many stairs because they are probably already faced with problems there. Also very dangerous with children !!

We arrived the heater was not working, no more gas in the cistern so more hot water either, bad luck it was cold that week.A small electric backup water heater put a lot of time to heat no shower the next day for the 3rd person the same shower flooded the corridor (same for the shower downstairs that floods the room. The toilet down was clogged and my little girl continued to shoot the hunt I do not do you drawings, the Famous Jacouzi finally worked the 4th day the day before we left .The owners had offered to compensate us but once left nothing happened. A rotten holiday we would really have to review this whole house before renting it.

Overall, an excellent experience. The villa was comfortable and equipped with modern amenities. We enjoyed our time by the pool and found it easy to access nearby attractions such as Valmy Park.

The location was peaceful, surrounded by nature, but close enough to visit the royal castle of Collioure. The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids and we enjoyed barbecue evenings. A fantastic place to relax.
