The 75 sqm apartment has been newly built and furnished with comfortable furniture. The apartment includes a beautiful outdoor area with old trees and a garden house. If you bring your own e-bike, you can park and charge it there. Seating is available for the two terraces. The residential complex has its own car parking space.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds (160 cm and 140 cm wide), a living room, and a dining room. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The bathroom also has a washing machine for use.

The flat is centrally located in the district of Middelhagen, quietly at the beginning of the village and is the ideal starting point for interesting excursions. The kilometre-long sandy beach with nudist and textile areas is approx. 2300 metres away. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Free trips with your spa card to the beach and also to the seaside resorts of Göhren, Baabe and Sellin. The bus stop also connects you with all other destinations on the island, making the use of the car unnecessary during your stay. Very beautiful cycle paths invite you to go on bike tours.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of the rental, you will receive a 50% refund of the total price. If you cancel from 29 days before the start of the rental, you will receive a 10% refund of the total price.
