As no road leads directly to our holiday home, you can enjoy a traffic-free zone.
The cosily furnished living room and a free-standing stove provide the right ambience. In the well-equipped kitchen you can prepare your favourite dish yourself. If you are tired from your journey, a freshly made bed welcomes you on the upper floor.
A fox and rabbit bedtime story is not out of the question.

Our hot tub and dry sauna offer a cosy and harmonious atmosphere to relax and feel good. At the same time, you can enjoy the wonderful panorama over the Linth region. Relaxation is guaranteed.
Arrival
From the car park it is about 300 metres on foot along the hiking trail to our Bergträumli. The journey is rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view over the Linth plain and Lake Zurich.
The walk from the public transport stop is about 600 metres. A shuttle service is available.
Hot Pot
Our comfort hot tub offers everything your heart desires. Six hydromassage jets at three different heights invite you to relax. This system works with pressure, this type of bubble system is said to have a therapeutic effect. Another highlight is the LED lighting, the colours can be changed depending on the mood. The integrated wood heating enjoys great popularity.
Sauna
Our infrared sauna is an alternative to the sauna. It heats the body not via hot room air, as in a Finnish sauna, for example, but via infrared radiation generated by infrared radiators.
Relax and do something for your health at the same time - with this infrared sauna you boost your metabolism and relieve complaints such as muscle tension and inflammation.
Relaxation loungers
Relax from your daily routine on our relaxation loungers. It's up to you whether you prefer to lie in the pleasant sun or in the shade under a tree. You should feel comfortable and give your body the rest it needs.

Guest room "Jägerstübli" & "Holzerstübli"
The guest rooms cannot be rented individually, but only in addition to the Bergträumli.
The "Jägerstübli" sleeps up to 4 people with a double bed and two extra beds. The "Holzerstübli" offers space for 2 people in two single beds.

The Bergträumli is surrounded by fragrant meadows above the idyllic village of Rieden SG, between Lake Zurich and Lake Walen at 850 metres above sea level high above the Linth plain. The cities of Zurich, St. Gallen, Chur and Lucerne are less than 1 hour's drive away.

| Of course you want to know what your stay in this little mountain paradise will cost you. The basic price of CHF 120/night includes a double bed in the parents' room and three fixed beds in the children's room. A baby travel cot is also available on request. Further options In addition to the Bergträumli, the "Jägerstübli" (double bed) and the "Holzerstübli" (two single beds) can be rented from CHF 40/night. To avoid any surprises, please note the following points: The Bergträumli cannot be reached directly by car. However, parking spaces are available free of charge. A walk of about 300 metres is necessary to get to Bergträumli. If you are bringing heavy luggage and material, we will be happy to help you transport it. If you are travelling by public transport, please contact us so that we can organise transport (last stop approx. 500m in the village). We love animals and of course you can bring your pets to Bergträumli. Just let us know the type and number in advance. The holiday home is very well equipped. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A washing machine and tumble dryer complete the equipment. A detailed list of the inventory can be found on our website. There is WiFi in the house, which we provide free of charge. Between Christmas and New Year, other minimum stays and other prices apply. Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 42 days before the day of arrival.

Dear guests Since 2020, Evelyne & I (Christoph) have been able to rent out the beautiful Bergträumli to many happy guests. We are a young, dynamic family. Evelyne has a great devotion for decorations and furnishings. I, on the other hand, know how to handle tools. Since we live only a 10-minute walk from the holiday home, we can respond individually to the guests' wishes. Working at Bergträumli is fun, every task is solved with a lot of muscle power and heart. This is rewarded time and again by the beaming and happy faces of our guests. Evelyne and I both work in our regular jobs and run the holiday home as a sideline. In between we get help from our family members, who then support us energetically. The well-being of our guests is important to us, which is why we gladly accept and implement requests and suggestions. We would be very pleased to welcome you at Bergträumli.
