The flat ARENA 2 is the upper floor flat for 4 - 5 persons, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom of the holiday home complex ARENA with swimming pool, air-conditioning, upscale and modern furnishings, situated in a central and quiet location only 800 m from the centre and the beach in the Alberes sector.
Swimming pool approx. 8 x 4 m with Roman steps, outdoor shower and sun loungers. The pool is open all year round with pool service.
You reach the first floor via an outside staircase, this apartment Arena 2 has its own separate entrance.
In the driveway area of the completely enclosed property, there is a separate parking space for cars
