Nestled in a narrow lane, the holiday home is located in the picturesque village of Prelá Castello, which can only be reached through this picturesque thoroughfare. It embodies the charm of a typical Ligurian natural stone house. The property is the result of the creativity of an artist and a designer who have created a unique retreat here. Each room exudes its own special atmosphere, with all the furniture and details telling captivating stories, as they are unique pieces collected over the years. During the conversion and restoration work, high-quality materials were used while tastefully integrating antique elements. This harmonious combination of modern amenities and historic charm allows guests to immerse themselves in the rich history of the house without sacrificing comfort. The large house consists of three floors connected by steep stairs. On the first floor there is a spacious bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa. On the second floor you will find a second bedroom with a toilet en suite and a large, bright kitchen-living room. This is very well equipped, so that hobby cooks will be thrilled. Next to the kitchenette there is a dining area. From the kitchen, an open wooden staircase leads to the loggia, the covered terrace. Here you can enjoy the far-reaching view over the whole valley. The roof protects from the sun in the summer months and from rain in winter. The terrace can be used all year round regardless of the weather. Digital TV and unlimited internet access are available to guests. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is of course also a washing machine. In the colder seasons, the house is heated with gas heating, which is paid for according to consumption. You can park in the free public car parks in the village; it is about 80 m to the house. Casa nel Paese is a property for guests who are looking for peace and seclusion, but also want to enjoy the real Italianità. You live in the middle of the village, there are only 10 inhabitants, and there is only one road leading to the sunny piazza. Due to the building structure, such as steep stairs and partly open areas, we do not consider the house suitable for small children

Prelá Castello is an idyllic, listed village with ruins of a XII century castle in the middle of olive groves. The village has a long and eventful history. In the Middle Ages, the rulers who controlled the whole Prino valley lived in the castle of Prelá. The village houses are partly as old as the castle or were built from the stones of the castle. The Renaissance church with the Baroque façade reflects the past glory and wealth of the village. Now only 15 people live in Prelá, all very open-minded and helpful. Olive growing is still intensively practised in Prelá, the delicious olive oil from the rare Taggiasca olive can be bought directly from the landlords.
The only road through the village is a dead end and ends on the sunny piazza. Village festivals are held here from time to time during the summer months, and tourists are always welcome. The nearest grocery shops are in Vasia (2 km) and Pantasina (1.9 km), the nearest restaurant is in Molini di Prelá "Il Charlie"

I know all the landlords personally, they are my neighbours and friends. This is the only way I can guarantee you individual attention and a family atmosphere. The owners usually live in the village and always help with words and deeds when needed, and in the summer months you are often gifted with fresh vegetables from their own cultivation. You will remember the taste of the sun-ripened tomatoes all year round. I can promise you that! I offer you holiday flats and houses that vary greatly in price and equipment. There is something for everyone, whether a large family, a couple or someone looking for peace and relaxation all by themselves. If you are looking for something far away from mass tourism, you have come to the right place!
