Casa Elli is situated in a quiet rural location on 6.5 ha of land, 4 km above the small town of Cura Nuova. It is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with meadows, fragrant shrubs, olive/fruit and other old trees, as well as lovely places to linger. The flat has direct access to the garden. You are allowed to explore and walk on the entire property. The owner lives at the other end of the house, so privacy is given.

Holiday 2023

The house with its huge garden is a dream and exactly the right place to relax and leave everyday life behind. The 10 km drive to the beach is also completely manageable. In Follonica you can easily park at the beach. There are great forest paths for the dog right across the field and you're already in the woods. We will definitely come back. The owner is very helpful and very caring. Great vacation!
