This lovely holiday villa offers a fantastic view of the bay of Denia, the sea and the surrounding mountains. The villa is comfortably furnished and offers many extra amenities, such as internet connection (WIFI), and an outdoor shower with hot water connection. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons. The house offers air conditioning and central underfloor heating. The villa is located in a very quiet area on a hill, but nevertheless the centre of Denia, as well as various beaches can be reached in 5 - 10 minutes by car.
