Description

The holiday flat is located in a semi-detached house and is functionally furnished. The property is also popular because of the view of the sea from the grounds and its quiet hillside location. Available for use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Vrbnik. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property. Possibility to use the garage.

Special
Air conditioning. There are two air conditioning units in the house – one in the living area and the other in the hallway. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception is via cable.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

The entrance to your holiday flat is located on different floors. The accommodation extends over two floors: ground floor and first floor.
Ground floor: Living room with TV, air conditioning and dining area (6 seats). Kitchen with gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (1 plate), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and Posuđe, lonci za kuhanje, pribor za jelo itd. dostupno.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 extra bed in a bunk bed (top) and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the premises.

Great house with very good room layout. The car park in front of the house is worth its weight in gold in this location. The air conditioning helped the nights well.
