In the middle of a large garden lies our cosy "Knusperhäuschen" with 3 rooms, a total of 65 m2 on 2 floors.
Originally part of the property of the old village school in Grammdorf, your holiday home shines in new splendour: completely renovated in 2021, equipped with a new fitted kitchen and new bathroom, it offers our holiday guests peace and relaxation.
In just a few minutes' drive you can reach the beaches of Hohwachter Bucht on the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, the heavenly peace and the sunset on the cliffs in Weissenhaus. You will find wide fine sandy beaches in Sehlendorf (15 minutes by car) or very close also at Weissenhäuser Strand, the house beach of the municipality of Wangels.

Our cottage is located in the rear part of the "Alte Dorfschule" estate in Grammdorf. Surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with old trees.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

A Nordic maritime atmosphere, pubs and fish restaurants await you in the harbour town of Heiligenhafen (20 min. drive). For those who enjoy hiking or cycling, the hilly, beautiful landscape of Holstein Switzerland around the towns of Wangels and Schönwalde is ideal for short and long day tours. Even summit tours are possible here: from the highest elevation in Schleswig-Holstein at the Bungsberg (162 m) you can overlook the hilly landscape and the nearby Baltic Sea coast. Whether you are on an active holiday or just want to relax, you have come to the right place.

Favorite place
The gingerbread house is a place to feel comfortable and offers the potential for pure deceleration. It is only a few minutes' drive from the Baltic Sea beach. In addition to the sandy beach and swimming opportunities, beautiful walks along the cliff coast are also possible here. The house is located in the rear part of the property, in a quiet area with a large and well-kept garden. Lovingly furnished, it leaves nothing to be desired. A steep and narrow wooden staircase connects the two living levels. Therefore, it is less suitable for small children and older people. The hosts, who live in the main house in the front, are very friendly and helpful. The gingerbread house has ***favorite place potential***!
