We are a family from Austria who have realised the dream of a foreign domicile in the sunny south. Due to the untimely passing of my father, we unfortunately do not have the possibility to live in the house all year round. Since there is only one inhabited house, we have decided to share our little paradise with you.
This house was planned by my father and built with his own hands according to Austrian standards. We built the house exactly on the place where a Spanish finca stood before. The Spaniards are known to have the best and most sheltered places. A lot of attention was paid to good quality, as it was built for private use and not exclusively for rental.
The house was built with thick bricks, which has the advantage that it is very cool in the house even at very high temperatures. Due to the sliding glass elements, you can also stay outside in any weather and enjoy the wonderful view. It is especially beautiful in the evening. With a wonderful and sparkling view far away from the hustle and bustle of the holidaymakers, you can drink a good glass of wine or just enjoy the peace and quiet. Due to the pleasant layout of the house, it doesn't seem so big and you can also spend a romantic, homely holiday there as a couple or a foursome. Many small places and terraces invite you to linger. You can also retreat to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Location and surroundings of object
The Castillo de Manzano is located in Torrox, on the Costa del Sol / Andalusia on a plot of approx. 3000 sqm with its own pool. The house is embedded in old olive trees on a hill about 350 m above the sea. An enchanting view into the mountains (up to 2000 m) and onto the always blue Mediterranean Sea, where you can see the African coast on a clear day. The beach is about 3 km away. By car, the house can be reached from the coast in about 10 minutes via a mostly paved and concreted road.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

In the comfortable, two-storey holiday home, the bedrooms and a large balcony for undisturbed sunbathing with panoramic views over the sea are located on the upper floor.
On the ground floor is the living area, a terrace that can also be completely closed off by glass elements with ample space for seating and dining. A large outdoor terrace next to a large palm tree and an old olive tree with table and chairs.
