Description
"The green green grass" is a neatly kept holiday home which is equipped with all amenities. The holiday bungalow has a romantic wood fireplace and two automatically adjustable armchairs. The kitchen, which is located at the front of the house, also offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The sliding door gives access to the spacious attached conservatory. This is partially enclosed with removable tarpaulins and equipped with a garden set. The single bedroom adjoins the living room and has a small desk where you can work if needed. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed and a large wardrobe. Both bedrooms have shutters.
The beautiful, large and private garden is fully fenced and therefore ideal for your children or dogs. A garden hose is available so you can rinse your dogs off after a day at the beach. Due to the beautiful artificial grass, the grass here is always green, which is why this house is named after it. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun. You can take your bicycles with you and park them in the shed. The house has a carport where you can park 2 cars.

The house is close to the centre of Ouwerkerk, the beach on the Oosterschelde and the Flood Museum. Zierikzee with its historic city centre is also definitely worth a visit during your stay.
