Description
If you are looking for the beach, nature and (water) sports activities, but still want to relax, this comfortable flat for 8 people with a homely feel and a mix of modern design and cosiness is the place to be.
You enter the hallway. The very first door opens access to a bedroom with a bunk bed 2 x 90 x 200 cm and a small desk. The upper bed is suitable for guests aged 6 and over. For younger children and taller people, the *bottom bed is available. Behind the next door is another bedroom (without window) with 2 box-spring beds 90 x 200 cm. The two rooms in themselves are separated by a wooden wall with sliding door. Next you reach the bathroom with washbasin and shower. A separate toilet with hand basin completes the hallway.
In the living room, which you reach after 8 steps, you will find a cosy living area with a large dining table and a comfortable XXL sofa. After a day's excursion, you can take a comfortable seat here and end the evening with a fine drop of wine. The fully equipped open corner kitchen allows you to comfortably cater for yourself.
You enter the slightly elevated east-facing terrace from the living room. Make yourself comfortable in the high-quality rattan lounges and enjoy the picturesque view of the Port Zélande harbour and the Grevelingenmeer. Or take the few steps down directly to the edge of the harbour and marvel at the impressive sailing ships and yachts during a relaxing walk.
To make sure you spend the night relaxed and quiet, 2 bedrooms with two box-spring beds 90 x 200 cm each await you from the dining area 5 stairs up. Both rooms have access to a balcony on the west side. The sunset experience is a must here! A modern bathroom with bathtub, ground-level shower, washbasin and toilet can also be found on this level.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the downstairs bathroom. For unloading and loading, you may drive your car briefly in front of the flat. Afterwards, the vehicle must be parked in a car park approx. 200m away.
Parking
There are enough parking spaces. When you drive through the barriers, your number plate will be registered and you can use the large car park. You can park your car just outside the flat on arrival for loading and unloading, but for the rest of your stay the car should be left in the general car park.
Use of the private garage for e.g. bicycles or beach and surf equipment on request!

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located on the Brouwersdam, a 5-minute walk from the Brouwersdam surf club. Here you can windsurf (all levels), wing and sup. The beach is also 5 minutes walk away, where you can kitesurf, blowkart and kite. In addition, cycling enthusiasts can make beautiful trips through beautiful Zeeland.
