Ideal for families or small groups, the house features a private whirlpool and sauna for soothing moments after a day at the beach or exploring Lolland and Falster. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove plates and two gas burners, a microwave, fridge, separate steam oven, and dishwasher. The living room is bright and inviting, featuring a wood-burning stove, a climate-friendly air-to-air heat pump, TV with international channels, and internet access. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with bunk beds, each providing two sleeping spaces. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and the highlight—a whirlpool and sauna—perfect for unwinding. Outside, a spacious lawn provides ample room for ball games and outdoor fun. The holiday home is located in a quiet yet central area. It is cozily furnished. All important things are available in sufficient numbers. The property is super large - enough space for everyone to play and chill both in the shade and in the sun. We were there with six people and two cars, and we really enjoyed it. We have two comments: A usual information folder for the holiday guests is missing, e.g. to important addresses (emergency services, pharmacy, doctor...), the Wi-Fi password, the house, and the place in general. And in the hallway, right on the wall next to the entrance, there is a locked small box. About every quarter of an hour, a loud noise comes from it, 24 hours a day. It probably has to do with the energy system on the roof. This noise is very annoying and cannot be normal. Especially at night, it is disturbing.
