Holiday apartment located centrally on Marielyst in a secluded complex with apartments and terraced houses. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, open kitchen to the living room, double bedroom and bathroom. From the living room there is access to a private terrace where you can grill. There are stairs to the 1st floor, where the sleeping areas are distributed with 2 single beds. There is free wireless internet and TV with Danish and German channels. In the kitchen there are i.a. refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. The house is heated with electric heating and can therefore be used all year round. There is shared parking in the area. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Nice house with all the basics covered, The living room was cozy and the beds were comfy, We were two couples and it worked well with two bathrooms, The area is peaceful, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby sights like Middelaldercentret, Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable stay with everything we needed, The bedrooms were spacious, and having two bathrooms was great for our group, It was a bit far from Copenhagen, but the peaceful surroundings made it worthwhile,

Nice little holiday home. Lovingly furnished with everything needed for daily needs. Unfortunately, the house shows its age. Mostly clean condition, but with potential for improvement. Very central location, everything is within walking distance. Unfortunately, some other guests walk through the gardens. Recommendations: The beach promenade and the beach are definitely highly recommended. The bowling center offers a great alternative in case it rains. Bicycles can be rented in the area. Copenhagen is also recommended for a day trip.
