Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in the complex Adelaida, Calle Nuestra Senora Rosario No. 12, 2 R, 2nd floor, La Mata-Torrevieja, there is a lift in the house.
It is only 50 m from the house to the extensive beach. The beach invites you for long walks and sports activities.
The centre of the village is only 150 m away. There are many restaurants, cafés and shops. Supermarkets are also within walking distance.
The local marketplace offers entertainment for young and old.
La Mata is a nice Spanish village on the Mediterranean coast. The climate is exceptionally healthy as there are large salt lakes in the immediate vicinity which create a healthy microclimate due to the salt concentration.
There are numerous destinations for sightseeing, walking, cycling and sporting activities.
There are many beautiful golf courses in the vicinity.

The additional costs (final cleaning and electricity according to consumption, 3 kWh per day free) will be charged at the end of the rental period with the deposit which amounts to 200 €.

Holiday apartment
Beautifully cut, clean apartment. Great location, right on the beach and in the center. In the afternoon, you can enjoy the sun on the balcony. The owners are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended! We would love to come back.
