Description

The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1999 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area, in a residence, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. For shared use are available: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger and terrace.

Location
Lazise, 70 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a enclosed garden plot with trees, bordered by a fence. View of the courtyard. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport.

Special
Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher.
Hygiene measures: Disinfectant.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-May to the end of September, 5 m x 10 m, 1.40 m deep). Sunshades are prohibited in the pool area.
The swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September. There are no loungers or sunshades available at the pool.

Dogs
not allowed.

Shopping 300 m, restaurant 200 m, town centre 600 m. Thermal baths in Cola di Lazise 1200 m. Pharmacy in Lazise 500 m. Railway station in Peschiera del Garda 7 km. Airport in Villafranca Verona 25 km. Main road 150 m. In summer: Garda 600 m in Lazise (beach 600 m in Lazise with sand and pebbles). Water sports facilities, boat hire each 500 m in Lazise. Dog beach in Peschiera del Garda 7 km.

, is covered and leads over an external staircase directly into the kitchen-diner. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and access to the balcony. Eat-in kitchen with TV and access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the kitchen-diner with dining area, gas stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge (icebox). Bathroom with washing machine, shower, WC, bidet and window.

House rules
The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The landlord does not accept bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 22:00 to 08:00.
