Lazise, 70 m a.s.l. The holiday apartment is located in a residence, on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. View of the courtyard. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) in the garage.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 10 m x 14 m, 1.40 m deep). La piscina è aperta da metà maggio a metà settembre. In piscina né lettini anche ombrelloni sono a disposizione. 2 deck chairs in each apartment. Umbrellas in the pool not allowed.

Main road 70 m. In summer: Lake Garda 500 m in Lazise (beach 500 m in Lazise with sand and gravel). Lazise: water sports opportunities 500 m and boat rental 700 m. Dog beach in San Benedetto 7 km. Lake Garda offers a varied entertainment programme for all ages, such as mountain biking tours, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding, or hiking tours. But also free climbing or paragliding are available to holidaymakers.

Living/bedroom (walk-through room) with 2 additional beds on couch/sofa, TV, (4 seats) and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Kitchenette with dining area (4 seats), gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer compartment). Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet, and window.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

It hatsehr much noise (even at night) is given by loud barking. I'm not quite sure that we got the apartment we booked. called the apartment is rented for the first time, but that can not have been so in our case. It was an apartment Casara 30 rented us.
