Villa Nina is a luxury, modern, and well-equipped 4-star villa with 5 en-suite bedrooms, each with sea views, and it is located on an 875 m2 plot and stands on 306 m2 of living space spread over two floors – ground floor and first floor. Perfect home away from home for family gatherings or a group of friends that are seeking a relaxed or active holiday in Croatia.
Villa Nina is a nicely designed property, equipped to a high-to-end level, and exudes style and elegance. With sunlight from multiple angles, the living area as a perfect space for basking in the warm glow – of the sun and open sea views – at any time of year. The property is completely fenced and ensures 3 parking plots on private property.
*The OUTDOOR (140sqm) offers a private, heated 54sqm swimming pool with hydromassage and the highest standards of water purifier without Chlorine usage. The sunbathing area with 10 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a separate toilet, and a covered outdoor dining area with a traditional barbecue for maximum relaxation and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

Bedroom No. 1 (23 sqm) is located on the ground floor and has a direct exit toward the pool area. It offers a super king-size bed of 200cmx200cm, A/C, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing amenities, and a separate toilet on this floor.
*The FIRST floor, where are 4 luxuriously equipped and very comfortable ensuite bedrooms, each with open sea and island views.

There is an opportunity of hiring additional services with our help like grocery delivery, hiring a chef, private daily boat tours (you can check this with the host upon arrival), try rafting, zip-line, rent bikes, and other activities in Omiš or at Cetina river to make your stay at Villa NINA more interesting. Located only 25km far, you can visit the wonderful Mediterranean pearl, and the famous town of Split where you can find ancient attractions which were scenery for the famous Game of Thrones serial. Also, some ideas of what can be visited: Makarska (40min), Dubrovnik (3h), Trogir (1h), Zadar (2h), Krka waterfalls (1,5h), and Plitvice lakes that are all within the one-day trip distance so you can visit them all while being based in our villa.
