"Welcome to Casa Bulbos, a charming bulb barn located on the edge of a beautiful nature reserve called Lentevreugd. Our accommodation consists of two unique holiday flats that are part of this monumental bulb barn that is converted into a luxury home with great care and attention.

The bulb shed is about 300 metres from the road.
To get to number Katwijkseweg 34, it is best to enter number 25 on Google Maps. Follow the road towards Katwijkseweg 25.
Arriving at number 25, you can then pass behind the picturesque cottages until you reach a path that goes about 100 metres into the country.
Follow this path, past the row of trees, until you reach Casa Bulbos.

7 Days Casa Bulbos (July 2024)
We met Hans, our gracious and attentive host.
We stayed in a very special and extraordinary house, a very clean, spacious, and well-equipped holiday apartment.
We enjoyed great views and insights into free-ranging wild horses, Highland cattle, deer, foxes, and waterfowl in the neighboring nature reserve. We took advantage of the variety of nearby recreational activities and often rode our bikes, visited the nearby beach, found grand villas and estates in Wassenaar, but also many nice alleys with cozy cafes and restaurants... and simply felt wonderful. First occupancy
We travel with our three dogs, which for many landlords is already a reason for a rejection. For Hans and Paul, there were no concerns in this regard. During the initial inquiry, it quickly became clear that the planned vacation apartment on the ground floor was the best solution for the dogs. Thus, we booked a vacation apartment that still had to be built at the time. No problem, everything was ready upon our arrival, and we had beautiful days at the North Sea and the surrounding area in wonderful weather.

Great apartment right by the Lentevreugd nature reserve.
House Bulbos is located right next to the Lentevreugd nature reserve and the holiday apartment offers a splendid view of the nature reserve.
The apartment is very spacious and well furnished. We felt very comfortable. Hans and Paul welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation is also close to the beach for a beach holiday (about 5 km from Wassenaarseslag). Keukenhof is also easy to reach from the apartment.
We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Love at first sight
Very nice location right at the nature reserve. Spacious apartment with a wonderful view of the nature reserve with its variety of species. Friendly, warm-hearted landlords. Highly recommended. Would love to come back.
