Description

Nice and well decorated holiday flat with sea view and direct access from the pool terrace to the sandy beach "La Fossa" and the promenade with numerous cafés, restaurants and shops. The beach is ideal for a pleasant bathing holiday with children and the promenade invites for an evening stroll.

Cozy and equipped accommodation of 50 m² with sea view.

The accommodation offers a spacious living-dining room with equipped kitchenette, a glazed terrace which can be fully opened in the summer months, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed (150cm x 200cm), so the flat is also suitable for a family with one or two children or four adults.

The flat is equipped with Internet connection (WLAN), 2 TV sets, satellite TV in the languages: Spanish, English, German and French, radio, washing machine, iron/ironing board, hoover and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, blender, egg boiler, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine.
The flat has hot/cold air conditioning.

The building has a lift, large communal swimming pool with sun terrace and sunbathing area.
There is public parking right in front of the building (payable from 1 July to the end of August).

Distances: 100m from the "Restaurant-Bar Mejias ll", 350m from the supermarket "Consum", 350m from the supermarket "Mercadona", as well as to the public bus stop, 50m from the sandy beach "Playa de la Fossa", 1km from "Las Salinas", 3km from the bus stop "Estación de autobuses de Calpe", 4km from the old town "Casco antiguo de Calpe", 10km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", 12 km from the town of Benissa, 14 km from the town of Altea, 25 km from Las Fuentes del Algar, 26 km from the town of Benidorm, 32 km from the water park Aqualandia, 33 km from the amusement park Terra Mitica, 38 km from the town of Denia, 68 km from the train station of Alicante, 80 km from the airport of Alicante, 132 km from the airport of Valencia.

The price includes: final cleaning, towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, beach towels, WI-FI.
The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:00.
An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.
If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.
Electricity consumption is included in the price (10KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.
A credit card deposit of € 400,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
