Casa L'Aia is a small rustico with pool on a country estate in Chianti, in the middle of a fascinating Chianti landscape, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods.
The view from this old estate is magnificent: Castello Brolio, Castello Cacchio and the small church tower of the village of S.Felice fit postcard-perfect into the picturesque landscape of the Chianti-Classico!
The estate, which consists of the main building with three flats and this small separate casetta, offers Tuscany lovers a carefree holiday in a dreamlike setting.
Casa L'Aia is a detached stone cottage with its own pool (6.20 x 3.80 m depth 1.30 m)and offers space for 4-5 holiday guests. The small seating area in front of the entrance to the casetta is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast and meals with a wonderful view of the beautiful surroundings - or a bottle of red wine in the evening!
