The approx. 64 sqm large, light-flooded holiday flat invites you to feel good with its special furnishings.
When furnishing the flat, great importance was attached to high-quality and allergy-friendly materials in modern colours. The heart of the flat is the cosy eat-in kitchen, which is divided into a kitchen and living area. The living area is fully equipped with underfloor heating.
In the new high-gloss kitchen you will find everything your heart desires: oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave... For coffee lovers there is a Nesspresso machine.
In front of the large window element (with electric shutters) is the dining table with four comfortable chairs, so you can enjoy your meals in the sun. A high quality leather couch with armchair and table adorn the living area.There is a flat screen TV in the living room as well as in the children's room.
A travel cot and a high chair are available.
You can access the beautiful, sunny balcony from the living room. Cosy garden furniture is already waiting for you here.
The bathroom impresses with its high-quality fittings. The first thing you notice is the tiled washstand with designer sink and ample storage space. A floor-to-ceiling, stepless walk-in shower and underfloor heating round off the overall impression of the wellness oasis.
In the master bedroom, there is plenty of storage space in addition to a double bed thanks to a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The back-friendly 7-zone cold foam mattresses guarantee a restful sleep.
The tasteful decoration of the flat culminates in the pictures painted by the owner.
A parking space and an outside storage room also belong to the flat.
