Welcome to Villa Tupljak, your private hilltop retreat in the heart of Istria, an oasis reminiscent of a castle on a hill. This grand three-storey villa spans 220 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in three self-contained, modern flats. Each space is thoughtfully furnished with fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living rooms and cosy bedrooms, all with panoramic windows that reveal stunning views of the valley, vineyards and olive groves.

The 700 m² fenced garden is an idyllic retreat with a private pool, dining pavilion, children's playground and barbecue, framed by beautiful trees and illuminated by romantic outdoor lighting. Indoor entertainment is provided by a games room with billiards, table football and a fitness bike.

Ideal house for groups

The accommodation offers everything needed for large groups. A large garden with a pool, a billiard table, and a quiet atmosphere. The host is very, very friendly and always responded quickly. With three separate apartments, you also have your privacy if you wish, and on the ground floor, there is a larger room for dining. We would definitely recommend the house.
