More private than other options at this price, which surprised me pleasantly. Roads near Zelhem are simple enough to drive alone, and being close to hiking trails made solo exploring easy and fun.

We came late in the evening and found it easy to get the keys. The beds were comfortable, everything was straightforward but well done. Having an open kitchen for quick meals plus a spacious garden for kids’ games was lovely. It stayed peaceful all night, so we slept well.

We had a lovely time in the bungalow, the area is very quiet and located right next to a forest, unfortunately not fenced and the garden is somewhat open and shares space with the neighbor's garden. You can engage in sports activities around the accommodation, my favorite was the trampoline on the playground and the tennis court.

Beautiful cottage in a nice location with forest within walking distance. Unfortunately, no swimming pool as seen in the photos. Sanitary facilities need to be checked and bedding was incomplete. But that is easily solvable.

Good morning. We returned yesterday from a holiday in the Achterhoek. The holiday home is nicely decorated and pleasant in terms of interior. However, the maintenance leaves much to be desired: it has not really been cleaned properly, such as under the bed, under greenhouses, etc. Rather superficially cleaned. But especially the garden was a great disappointment for us: totally neglected, not maintained at all, overgrown!!! The terrace had not been cleaned either, for example it was full of ash from the barbecue. The garden, which in itself is a very beautiful piece of greenery, in the middle of the forest, deserves a serious makeover, as was done with the house itself. Fortunately. We were also surprised to see that the house is not "detached" as stated, but a semi-detached house with another holiday home. Fortunately we had quiet neighbours.

The house basically has potential if it is placed with another manager. House was not clean, even with a slept-in bed, TV was not working and inventory was not complete. After 4 days, the manager reports that there are clean sheets in the cupboard to make the bed yourself, and that it is not too much to ask to purchase some inventory yourself!
