This is our luxury apartment with sea view.
The entrance is a black wooden door. Behind it you will see the staircase that leads to the apartment.
Following the stairs, you will reach the beautiful terrace, which is equipped with comfortable seating for up to 3 people. From there you can look over the rooftops of the fishing village, or listen to the waves in the evening.
When you enter the front door, you are in the tastefully furnished living room. This is furnished with a high-quality couch and an armchair for relaxing. In addition, the living room also has a television with German channels and apps such as YouTube, Netflix.
The kitchen is on the same level and features a dishwasher, an induction stove, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven-microwave combination, and a window. The kitchen is also equipped with cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans, so you can cook wonderfully as well. From the dining area you can look out to the boulevard and the dunes while eating.
Behind the black salon door is the bathroom with glass shower and washbasin.
The wardrobe is located in the stairwell.
The entire apartment has free Wi-Fi.
A free digital parking permit is available for your car.
On the second floor, on the right side, there is a room with a single bed, a wardrobe, and a nightstand with a reading lamp. This room also has 2 windows and is also wonderfully suitable for children.
Then you enter the breathtaking bedroom with sea view and relaxation lounge.
The extraordinary bathroom has a shower with massage jets, where you can watch the sea while showering.
In addition, this bathroom also offers a bathtub with a view of the stars and a washbasin with mirror. Last but not least, this bedroom also has a relaxation corner with 2 comfortable chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening with a glass of wine.
Wellness area
The private wellness area is divided over 2 levels and is located in the apartment complex where the luxury apartment is also situated.
Downstairs is the wellness area and upstairs is the relaxation/meditation room. In the wellness area, a large Finnish steam sauna, which you can also use as an infrared sauna, is available to you.
There is also a 2-person whirlpool with waterfall, as well as an ice bath, a shower, a toilet, and a hand washbasin.
In the upper area there are 2 deck chairs, a coffee and tea corner, as well as a full-body massage chair.
Two yoga mats and a meditation corner are also located on this floor. You are welcome to reserve a wellness stay of 2.5 hours with us.

Location and surroundings of object
The spacious holiday home is 100 metres from the beach, the promenade and only a two-minute walk from the village.
Egmond aan Zee is a seaside resort in the municipality of Bergen in the province of North Holland. Egmond consists of three villages: Egmond aan Zee, Egmond-Binnen and Egmond aan den Hoef. Egmond aan Zee is the best known of the three villages. More than 1000 years ago, a fishing village was established here, but since the beginning of the last century, the village has also become interesting for tourists. Both the fishing and the tourist past are still clearly visible in the townscape. The Jan van Speyk lighthouse stands prominently on the beach promenade and is also easily visible from the village.
The village offers holidaymakers plenty of entertainment. There are many terraces, restaurants and a shopping centre. In summer, an event with lots of village entertainment is organised every week, which can be admired with relish from a terrace on the Pompplein square.
Egmond aan Zee has numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafés and of course the beautiful lighthouse.
The shops are open seven days a week all year round and are easily accessible.
Adjacent to the development of Egmond aan Zee begins the beautiful natural landscape of the North Holland Dune Reserve, where you can admire the wild horses and the Scottish Highland cattle.
Egmond can offer a beach as well as a beautiful promenade and a welcoming village centre. You are guaranteed not to be bored on the beach, as numerous activities are often organised here. Egmond is also situated in a beautiful area surrounded by extensive dunes. Nearby are also other beautiful destinations, such as Bergen aan Zee and the forests. Cycling and hiking are very popular in this area.
Egmond aan Zee is also close to Alkmaar, a city that has plenty of culture and history, such as the famous cheese market, which is certainly worth a visit.
Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar are easy to reach.

Luxurious apartment with lots of privacy and sea view.
We were very happy in this apartment. It looked just like in the photos, but we also really enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace in the sun. The sun shone until late evening, and we could watch it set from the balcony - it was very idyllic.
Hopefully, we can come for a week this year as well! We recommend this apartment to everyone.

We are Patrick and Sylvia and come from the have together made a lot of beach vacations. A holiday for us had always near the sea have always dreamed of, and to live itself close to the beach. Near the sea we came namely completely to rest and could enjoy our time delightfully without reservations. In March 2016 was finally time. Our dream came true: We bought our house with the summer house in Egmond aan Zee. First, a more elaborate conversion brought a lot of work, but now everything is completely new and just as we have liked. Egmond aan Zee met all our housing requirements.
