Discover idyllic Langelsheim and enjoy your stay in our charming holiday flat right on the edge of the forest. With a generous living space of 116 square metres, the flat can accommodate up to four guests. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are equipped with modern sanitary facilities and a hairdryer.

The holiday flat is characterised by a warm and cosy atmosphere, which is emphasised by the fireplace in the living area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a fridge, an oven, a ceramic hob, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a dishwasher at your disposal to help you save time and effort.

The flat impresses with its cosy atmosphere. The furniture is stylish and comfortable, and the living area is equipped with a TV for your entertainment. The bedrooms are equipped with cosy beds and high-quality bed linen to guarantee you a restful night's sleep.

The holiday flat is located in a quiet and green environment, which invites you to relax and unwind. The outdoor area is equally inviting with a variety of plants and flowers surrounding the property.

Long-term rentals are possible and the flat is ideal for fitters. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat.

A great time

We spent a weekend in the accommodation as a couple with a dog.
We were warmly welcomed by the landlord!
The apartment itself is really very stylish and beautifully furnished, and you have an unobstructed view of an adjacent field and direct access to the forest path.
Ideal for a vacation with a dog or a relaxing time.
We lacked nothing.
It was hard for us to leave, as we enjoyed it so much.

Everything is better than to expect!

You can expect a well-equipped, clean holiday apartment, which actually represents a holiday home: comfortably space for four people with a sleeping area, bathroom/WC, and living area on each floor, connected by an internal staircase. Dishes, cutlery, and glasses are more than sufficiently available. The kitchen and dining area on the upper floor leave nothing to be desired, just like the seating options in the front garden. The traffic-calmed location at the end of a cul-de-sac also allows for unsupervised play by children (Caution: Possible risk of falling on the stairs in the house); otherwise, the property is highly recommended for those seeking relaxation.
It is particularly noteworthy (and unfortunately not often found elsewhere) the "starter kit" with dishwasher tablets, mineral water, beer/wine, and a generously filled bowl for sweet tooths. All of that is still behind the unobtrusive, loving care provided by the lady of the house. Our sincere thanks for that!

Great vacation home

We just stayed at this vacation home for 3 nights.
The house is well equipped. Nothing is missing!
The hosts are very nice.
The location was perfect for us... absolute peace.

Very nice accommodation

Lovingly furnished accommodation, equipped with everything one needs. There were small amenities for the whole family, even the four-legged friend was considered. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

Perfect for those seeking tranquility

After the warm welcome, we took a look at our accommodation and were thrilled. A beautiful large apartment with everything one needs. Top cleanliness, very quiet location, with good access to hiking trails. From here, one can wonderfully explore the Harz region. Goslar is just around the corner, and for shopping, Seesen is the best address. In any case, we were very satisfied; we can definitely recommend the house and the landlords. Thank you again for the great welcome. Our dog Bo was very happy too.

Beautiful, cozy, and restful. Exceptionally good!

The huge apartment was fully furnished - Alexa, kitchen appliances, TV, vacuum cleaner, washing machine with dryer function - no wishes were left unfulfilled. A great terrace, quiet location - perfect for "de-stressing". In Seesen, 6 km away, all needs were met - bakery, supermarket, gas station, etc. The best part was that there was also a supply of coffee powder, capsules, salt, and pepper available, so there wasn't immediately pressure to go shopping after arrival. The sweets and the available kindness in the refrigerator were completely unexpected.
The large selection of (current!) tourist materials was also impressive.
The Hoffmeister family was super friendly.

We hope that we can vacation here again and that this accommodation provides many guests with a truly wonderful vacation experience! Thank you!

A place to relax

We have rarely had such a perfect holiday accommodation. We lacked nothing. Even our little dog gladly accepted the special treats prepared for him.
The holiday house is located in a quiet residential area. From there, you can quickly start tours in the Harz, to Goslar, or to the very beautiful nearby surroundings.
All in all, we had very relaxing days at the "Holiday House by the Forest Edge." We thank the Hoffmeister family for the lovely stay. We will definitely come back.

Dream vacation

We had a wonderful and simply fantastic vacation. The apartment is simply beautiful, spacious and so cozy.

Our child and our dogs also had a nice vacation there.

The kitchen has everything we needed.
There is a bathroom in the basement and one on the upper floor, both equipped with a shower and everything you need.
Living room with a sofa bed and a large TV. The two bedrooms are great.

Right next door is a field/forest, you can reach everything very quickly whether it's shopping or mountains, you can go hiking right from the accommodation.

As you can see, I can't say anything negative.
