Description
Outdoor area:
The accommodation is located approx. 800 m from the center of Kyllini, at the end of Glarentzer Street. A path leads you there, which also passes by two greenhouses. After the last greenhouse, turn sharply right and follow the path. After approx. 200 m on the right side is the mentioned iron gate. After opening it, the property is in front of you. On the left side stands a row of olive trees, from which we source our oil – by the way, the oil is available to you free of charge during your stay with us. On the right side there are three rows of predominantly southern fruit trees – some were only recently planted.
Following the path, a diagonal stone walkway on the right leads you to the elevated, covered terrace and then to the door of the holiday apartment. Shortly before, on the right side, is the covered barbecue house with water and electricity connection.
Right outside: An outdoor shower is located a bit further back on the right next to the building on the side terrace. Here you can – depending on the season – harvest and taste grapes and oranges. A lemon tree behind it provides you with lemons all year round.
Left outside: Further back, following the left side terrace, is a small apartment for personal use. At present, this is not used often. On a stone plateau under olive trees, a shady seating area invites you to linger.
At the back of the property, there are two shed-like buildings:
The first building is used as a workshop.
In the second shed, there are several pieces of equipment for working on the property. There are also two electric bicycles as well as a larger inflatable boat and a two-person kayak, which can also be used. Interior:
The entrance door is located in the middle of the covered terrace. To the left and right of the door are large, glazed sliding elements that provide a beautiful view outside. The glass surfaces are mirrored, making it difficult to look inside.
After entering, you are directly in the living area. On the left side is the living area with a large television and a small office unit. On the right side, there are seating options for eating and drinking. There is also a sofa bed there. If needed, this area can be separated by a curtain.
Straight ahead through the living area, you reach the fully equipped kitchen on the right side. A highlight here is certainly our ice maker.
To the left of the kitchen is the first bedroom. Further straight ahead on the left side is the second bedroom. Opposite, on the right side, is the bathroom with a washing machine.
All windows as well as the sliding elements are protected by mosquito nets against unwanted mosquitoes and flies.

Super vacation
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this beautiful accommodation and felt at home. A very nicely renovated house with technical highlights, ice maker, vacuum cleaner and lawn mower robot, irrigation system, and much more. The garden is beautifully designed, several fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, of course olive trees and a great barbecue area, which we used extensively. Everything is available that contributes to a relaxing vacation; we were completely happy and satisfied. The bathing bay is only a 5-minute walk away and invites swimming and snorkeling. The village can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, and in the taverns, typical Greek food can be enjoyed. There are several sights to discover in the immediate vicinity. We would love to come back?

Great house outside of Kyllini
A house with a large fenced garden just 300m from a bathing beach. The house has everything you need. All things for daily life are available. The landlords are very nice and provide help and advice. Will we come back?

Pure relaxation
One can hardly believe it, but they still exist, these places on the Mediterranean where one can unwind in beautiful surroundings without overwhelming tourism.
The beautiful house is still within walking distance to the harbor town amidst olive groves. A bathing cove with a sandy beach, which is only lightly frequented even in the height of summer, is in close proximity. The large terrace overlooking the hilly landscape and the beautiful garden invites you to linger and relax.
The house is equipped with air conditioning for the rooms. The refrigerator includes an ice maker, so even hot days can be very bearable.
Overall, we felt extremely comfortable and were therefore able to gain complete distance from our hectic everyday life in Germany in the short time of our stay. We will come back next year.

Relaxed family vacation on the Peloponnese
A large property in direct proximity to the beach on the outskirts of town, with olive trees, grapevines, and other fruit trees, first enchanted us. Just a five-minute walk away, there was a small bay that almost felt like a private beach, where we could swim and snorkel alone every day. The sight of the olive trees, the chirping of crickets in the evening, and the large terrace gave us a feeling of relaxation and serenity.
The covered terrace invited us to enjoy the warm evenings and spend many hours there while we prepared delicious meals at the barbecue house.
The holiday home was equipped with everything you needed for a pleasant stay. In the living room, as well as in all the bedrooms, there was a television, WiFi, a washing machine, etc.! The kitchen had all imaginable utensils needed to fully enjoy the culinary delights (including an ice cube maker in the fridge door, which impressed our son greatly).
The fact that restaurants, other beaches, the harbor, and supermarkets were within easy walking distance was very convenient and enjoyable. This allowed us to also enjoy the local cuisine outside of the house.
Furthermore, the beaches and other villages in the immediate vicinity can be easily reached by car or bus and are absolutely worth seeing, which further enhances a great vacation. We went snorkeling, took boat trips, went on hikes to old castles and ruins, visited an ancient Roman thermal bath, and so on...
We will definitely come back!

Holiday in Greece
Just five minutes away is a small bathing bay where we could swim and relax every day. The sight of the olive trees on the property enchanted us anew every time and gave us a feeling of peace and serenity.
The large covered terrace was our favorite place to enjoy the warm evenings. We spent many hours there while using the barbecue area and preparing delicious meals.
Inside the house, we lacked nothing. It was equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen had all the utensils to prepare delicious dishes.
The fact that restaurants were conveniently within a 20-minute walk was another plus. This way, we could explore the local cuisine and treat ourselves to delicious food.
We will definitely come back!
