Description

All mattresses in the house were replaced in September 2024 with 24 cm high comfort pocket spring mattresses.
On the balcony, there are 2 chairs and a table. Enjoy your first morning coffee there with a small view of the Müritz.
2 bathrooms with shower and toilet (on the ground floor with vanity, shower, toilet, and sauna, upstairs with vanity, comfort shower 100 x 100 cm, toilet, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The house features a large covered terrace, concealed by a laurel hedge, with an under-roof awning and lighting, which extends the season or allows for outdoor sitting even when the weather might be rainy, a Weber charcoal kettle grill, central gas heating, a water softening system, free Wi-Fi (expected to have a fiber optic connection starting July 2025), a free sauna, and a small garden shed for storing your bicycles. In addition, the house naturally has safety features such as smoke detectors, CO alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located in a holiday park in Röbel-Marienfelde.
The postal address is: Unter den Kiefern 72, 17207 Röbel. A note: when searching in Google Maps, the location of the house is not shown exactly. The house is a little further back on the street on the left side behind the large cherry laurel hedge, opposite the holiday home Müritzflair.
It is only about 250 meters on foot to the lakeside path along the Müritz. Various very beautiful, partly hidden bathing spots are located 300 - 1500 meters away. At the beach about 300 m away, there is a snack bar in operation during the season where you can also rent deck chairs.
It is 2.3 km to the town harbor of Röbel (easily accessible on foot or by bicycle via the lakeside path), and 3.3 km to the center of Röbel. Worth seeing in the nearby area are the larger towns of Waren (with the "Müritzeum" museum), Malchow (with the famous swing bridge), and Mirow (with castle and Love Island), each located 20 or 30 km away. The Fleesensee Golf Club is about 18 km away.
Other tourist destinations include the Müritz National Park on the eastern shore of the Müritz with various entrances (approx. 30 km), Mirow Castle (25 km), the Bear Forest in Stüer (24 km), the aviation museum in Rechlin (20 km), Rheinsberg Castle (50 km), the over thousand-year-old oaks of Ivenack with the treetop path (60 km). Berlin is 144 km and Hamburg 216 km away.
Impressive in late summer and autumn is the regular flight of many hundreds of cranes directly over the house, each time on their way to and from their sleeping places on the opposite peninsula Großer Schwerin. Be alerted by the trumpeting of the cranes and watch their flight over our house.

additional information about rental price:

The municipality of Röbel levies a spa tax (referred to here on the site as a booking fee) of 2.00 euros per person in the period from 01.04. - 31.10. of each year. This is to be paid on site at the reception of the holiday park. This includes free use of the ring bus around the Müritz. Dogs can be taken along for 2.00 euros and bicycles for 2.50 euros per trip. Children up to 6 years of age can travel free of charge with their parents.
A surcharge of 1.00 euro per trip is payable for taking larger items of luggage.

On the National Park Line with the National Park Ship Diana, a reduction is granted with the guest card.

Our house is furnished to be allergy-friendly. Therefore, pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Our neighbor Karola Gundlach has been looking after our house since June 2024, is the local contact person, and, upon request, rents out 6 license-free boats for an unforgettable day on the water. Further information and bookings at maries-bootsverleih.de .

In addition to our holiday home in South Holland (Villa Catan in Vrouwenpolder), which we will soon be renovating and which we are not currently renting out, we have now also decided to acquire a holiday home on the Müritz. From 01.08.2023, the time has come and the house will be under new management. We will also look after this holiday home in the usual way and furnish it comfortably and personally, as we also like to use it ourselves with our family. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our holiday homes.
