Description

The lovingly restored loft house Fienile with veranda and tasteful furnishings is part of a small estate on 6 hectares of land. It is situated in a picturesque location, surrounded by gardens, vineyards and olive groves, with rolling hills as far as the eye can see. 20% opening discount 01-15.07.2023 and 10% thereafter in the opening year 2023.

The cottage is accessible via about 300 m of good and level private road, see photo.
There are two independent fenced holiday homes for rent on the property with a particularly large shared pool.

Outside the pool season, the pool can be added on request for a fee.

In front of the entrance area is a covered open veranda 50 m², extensive lawns surround the house. Private entrance, private enclosed small garden with furniture, sun loungers, outdoor dining area. Guests are expressly allowed to stay on the entire property.

Location and surroundings of object

The old country estate is quietly situated in the countryside with a view over the lovely hills of Maremma/Tuscany. You are allowed to stay on the entire property of 6 hectares and walk among the countless olive trees.

In the next larger village Gavorrano you will find various supermarkets and shops of all kinds. The kilometre-long sandy beaches of Follonica and Cala Violina are about 15-18 km away. The bathing lake Lago dell'Accesa and the Calidario thermal baths in Venturina are 5 km away.
