Ground floor of Casa Moreras :
1 bedroom with double bed (1.60 width) air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, fly screen and access to the terrace.

1 bedroom with 1 single bed, fly screen and built-in wardrobe.
1 bathroom with shower and WC
1 bathroom with washing machine, shower and WC
Living and dining room with 2 accesses to the covered terrace, SAT-TV with flat screen TV, lounge, dining area with table and chairs.
Fitted kitchen with: Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc.
Storage room with wardrobe and cleaning utensils, ironing board and iron.

First floor accessible via outside staircase:
1 suite equipped with: Air conditioning, sleeping area with double bed (2 single mattresses), built-in wardrobe, satellite TV, mini-fridge. Adjoining open-plan living area with armchairs and marvellous view over the canal to the Pyrenees.
1 bathroom with shower and WC.

Outdoor area:
Huge front courtyard with Mediterranean flair - ideal for children to play, with 2 enclosed car parking spaces (also space for boat trailers) and bistro corner.
Another large terrace with garden, sun loungers, parasol, table, chairs and charcoal barbecue is located directly on the canal with a 12 metre long boat mooring.
From the living and dining room you have direct access to the covered, smaller, wind-protected terrace with access to the "upper" open terrace - also with table, chairs and parasol.
There is also an outdoor shower and bathing ladder into the canal.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing, with the date of receipt of your cancellation considered as the cancellation date. 1 - Accommodation A - Stays in our holiday accommodations Generally, any collected deposit will be retained in the event of a cancellation, therefore, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Additionally:
• For cancellations up to and including the 90th day prior to the arrival date, we will charge: 25% of the total rental fee
• For cancellations between the 89th and the 60th day inclusive prior to the arrival date, we will charge: 50% of the total rental fee
• For cancellations between the 59th and the 30th day inclusive prior to the arrival date, we will charge: 75% of the total rental fee
• For cancellations less than 29 days prior to the arrival date, we will charge the full rental amount (the deposit already paid will be deducted from this)
• In case of a no-show at the destination, we will charge the full rental amount (the deposit already paid will be deducted from this) plus any deposit already withheld 2 - Optional Additional Services If you do not utilize booked and billed optional additional services at the vacation destination, there is no entitlement to a refund of the costs unless you were unable to use these services due to specific reasons such as force majeure, illness, or accident, which must be certified to us in writing.
