Poll deck is over 500 sq. meter in size .Lavish size pool deck await to comfort you for afternoon nap or just to chill out.
The pool is 32 meters square with Jacuzzi is for 8 people. The pool is automatically filtered so you are safe and carefree.
For BBQ fans, BBQ is located just next to the pool area. In addition, yes it is a perfect for outdoor dinner on warm summer nights.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

We take great care of our property but we expect guests to tell us if anything is not working properly and we will PROMPTLY respond & repair.
Villa is located a bit uphill so car is recommended.
We are not in the center of town.
