Villa Roko is a brand new and very well-equipped villa that perfectly fits families and friends for a relaxing holiday in unspoiled surroundings. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in very comfortable 4 bedrooms with amazing nature views. The location offers absolute privacy in a quiet environment with open views of the valley and hills with Mediterranean plants in the small village of Tugare. This villa provides a nice getaway from city life. Only 2 km from the minimarket, 3 km to the local restaurant, and 10km far from sandy beaches in Omiš, Cetina river with many activities (rafting, ), and 20 min drive to the center of famous town Split with its great historic attractions.
Nicely organized interior (160sqm) on a private plot of 950 sqm offers comfortable 4 bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms, free WiFi, PS4, fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas, living room with TV, and outdoor dining area with the traditional barbecue, table soccer for fun and huge grassplot with trampoline, badminton net, wooden playhouse with a slide, a fun zone for your youngest.
The interior is furnished with high quality, nicely decorated with carefully selected details, and all a modern guest might need for a very comfortable stay.
*The ground floor offers an air-conditioned living room with sofas and a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a comfy dining area for 8 pax with an exit to the outdoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for a very comfortable stay, microwave, a toaster, kettle, filter and espresso coffee machine, and a table with 4 chairs. Behind the kitchen is bedroom No. 1 with a sofa that can open into a proper bed for 2 people (170cmx200cm), flat TV screen with PS4. There is also an exercise bike for your use and a family bathroom with a shower.
* The internal staircase takes you to the first floor. It offers Bedroom No2 (A/C), Bedroom No3 (A/C), and Bedroom No 4, each with a queen-sized bed 160cm x 200cm and each with a balcony with beautiful views of the natural environment. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a bidet, a toilet, and a washing machine.
* The outdoors is very spacious and offers so many different fun areas. The private swimming pool 8m x 4m is not overlooked, and a huge sun deck area with 6 deck chairs and 2 sun umbrellas. The covered outdoor dining area is in front of the living room and offers a wooden table for 8 and table soccer, a traditional barbecue area, an outdoor shower, and a spacious grassplot with several fun zones: a trampoline, a wooden house with a slide, the badminton or volleyball area with a net. The whole property is surrounded by carefully selected Mediterranean plants, flowers, and fruit trees, giving you a very nice, unspoiled, and fulfilled base for perfect and relaxed holidays.

You are located between town Omiš and Split. Omis (10km) is the nearest small town and has it all. Numerous sandy and pebble beaches and bays, rich vegetation, fresh air, and crystal blue sea make Omis Riviera the perfect place to escape the stress and rush of modern life. The famous Cetina River and its canyon (10km), nearby mountain tops and islands, ancient vineyards and olive plantations, small fishermen villages together form the landscape of extraordinary beauty. Try out many activities offered here like rafting, zip-line, boat tours, cycling, free, visit Omiš fortress, and open market.
The best Split city (18km) attractions are the Diocletian’s palace with its cathedral and bell tower of St. Domnius, Peristyle square, Procurativa, Split’s waterfront, and many others. Overlooking the Split harbor, the 1700 years old palace is one of the most important architectural heritage of the Roman Empire, where you will spend most of your time in Split. The recommended day tours are to visit Krka waterfalls, town Trogir, Klis fortress (Game of Thrones), take a private boat tour from Omiš to island Brač or Hvar, or simply enjoy the quiet and relaxed time at your private pool and all that Villa Roko offers.
