The holiday home is located at the Rabenstein reservoir and has direct access to the bathing area.
On the ground floor there is a living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom is on the upper floor and is accessible via a steep staircase.
From the large terrace you have a beautiful view over the lake.
Swimming in the lake is only allowed during the opening hours of the bath.

The holiday home is located on the western outskirts of Chemnitz, in the district of Rabenstein. The adjacent forest invites you to go for long hikes. The game reserve, the zoo and Rabenstein Castle are in the immediate vicinity. The city centre of Chemnitz is approx.

Many excursion destinations in the Ore Mountains and the cities of Dresden and Leipzig are easy to reach from here.
