Villa Lena is set up as a family home. It is a stone house in a tranquil area of Istria. We are new in the area and all the preparations and maintenance is done by the family or local small businesses.
Split into two floors the house features 3 full bedrooms, a working area with a slim single bed, two bathrooms, a terrace, a patio, a back yard, parking for up to two cars, and a sparkling 32m2 pool
The bedrooms are decorated with lots of love and style.
-The lavender room has a king-size bed (190x200),
-The Orange blossom room has a queen-size bed (160x200) and
-The Olive room has 2 single beds (90x200) that can be put together or separated as per need.
The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and the one downstairs has a shower, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The dining and living area is on the ground floor, with access to a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace.
On the ground floor, you will also find a dedicated working area with a working desk where you can set up a remote office.

The villa is set in a quiet green surroundings. 6km away from the medieval towns of Vodnjan and Svetvincenat. The superb Istrian wineries are within your reach and the nearest white pebble beach is only 17min away by car.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
