Description
The approx. 50 sqm flat is located on the upper floor of our detached house directly on a field.
A closed wooden staircase leads to the flat on the upper floor.
In the flat there is a spacious entrance area with wardrobe and enough space to arrive first.
From there a door leads to the daylight bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror cabinet and washing machine.
In the further living area, a small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), TV, interior wardrobe and small roof terrace/balcony with a view of the field. The roof terrace is easily accessible for dogs, only very small dogs should be secured due to the blinds (gap of approx. 10 cm).
Further on, a door leads from the hallway to the kitchen-living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining table with 4 comfortable and resilient wooden chairs, a day bed, which can be used as a sofa and extended to 160 x 200 cm for 2 persons, as well as an additional armchair and TV/radio.
Another armchair is located in the entrance area, where you can retire to read. There is also a sideboard, e.g. for clothes, in the entrance.
Unfortunately, barbecuing is not allowed.
Smoking/smoking is possible on the roof terrace/balcony.

Location and surroundings of object
There are walking paths right from the front door.
On the one hand, you can explore the nature of the Hasetal via paved and unpaved paths, and on the other hand, after a 30-minute walk (approx.3 km), you are in the middle of Haselünne city, where you will find various shops and restaurants. Sights can also be seen there, e.g. the Berentzenhof, the Rosche grain distillery, the old monastery church, the local history museum and various fountains, which are specially decorated at Easter. During Advent there is also a small Christmas market in Haselünn town centre.
The juniper grove and the Haselünner See lake invite you to go for a walk.

A towel package can be booked for 15 € per person, per stay.
A deposit of 100 € will be charged in advance. This will be returned 14 days after departure at the latest, provided there are no defects.
Minimum stay 3 nights.

Hello! We welcome you to our holiday flat. I, Bettina, was born in Haselünn and lived in the Bremen area for many years before my love of home brought me back about 10 years ago. My husband Remon, born in the Netherlands, moved here a few years ago. Together we bought the upper floor flat in 2022, renovated and partly renovated it ourselves. We have 2 dogs and 4 indoor cats as well as honey bees. There is practically always something going on here :-) We wish you a relaxing holiday!
