Bužinija Novigrad. The holiday home is situated on a rural property, in an enclosed courtyard with a meadow, flowers and trees, surrounded by a fence. The tenant lives permanently in a separate house on the same plot. Access by car is via a side road. Parking on the house property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. The TV signal is received via satellite.
Outdoor pool (diameter 32 m). The pool is open for use from the beginning of June to mid-September.

The kitchen : electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine. AM Ground floor the bathroom has a shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and a window.
1. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed and TV and 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds (the bedroom has 2 beds for 1 person each, TV). The beds can be put together. AIR CONDITIONING. The bedroom has 2 beds for 1 person each and THE BEDS CAN BE MIXED. Air conditioning in each bedroom.
2 bathrooms: one with bath and shower and the other with shower. 2 washbasins.
Large parking space in the courtyard. Barbecue available.
