This bungalow will be completely newly renovated at the beginning of 2026. You have 2 large terraces on the water. The property is completely enclosed. One terrace with a dining table and 1 terrace with lounge furniture, for cozy hours together. An awning is not missing.
Living room with sliding door to the terrace and an open kitchen. Television with German channels and WiFi is not missing. You have 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and mosquito screens. 1 bedroom has a television with Netflix. The bathroom has a barrier-free shower, toilet and washbasin, and underfloor heating.
Storage room with washing machine.
You have 2 parking spaces directly at the house. Max. 2 dogs allowed. Ideal holiday home for family vacation or vacation with friends. Because it is all on one level, it is also ideal for seniors.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the Aquaronde Park in Lemmer. Very close to Lake de Brekken. You have your own 10-meter boat dock at the house. So feel free to bring your own boat or rent a small boat. We offer many options. You can find them in the boat rental section. You do not need a license.
Besides boating, the area is also great for bike tours and for visiting the charming towns of Friesland.
What makes Friesland so special is that it is still so unspoiled. We are happy to rent you an e-bike.
