In addition to the guest bathroom with ground-level shower, utility room and bedroom with a box-spring bed on the ground floor, the entire living and dining area with fitted kitchen is flooded with light from three sides through the floor-to-ceiling window fronts. The floor-to-ceiling window fronts bring a lot of natural light into the house and offer a view of the furnished terrace and the usable garden directly from the living and dining room. Linger on the cosy terrace in front of the house or retreat to a secluded corner behind it.
There is an electric fireplace in the living and dining area. A central staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find another bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a children's room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has exterior shutters and underfloor heating on the ground floor. Next to the kitchen is another HWR room with its own sauna, sink and washing machine.
