The pool area has a unique flair – you feel like you are in a tropical oasis. Tiki hut, bar, and comfortable sun loungers, as well as a whirlpool – everything is provided.
Seven people can be accommodated, living area with dining space, comfortable kitchen, office with sofa bed, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, nothing is missing.

The climate is extremely pleasant not only in winter; you feel comfortable here especially in summer as well. On average, Florida enjoys 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures rarely drop below 20 - 23 degrees even in winter. In the height of summer, the thermometer reaches between 28 - 35 degrees. There is always a light breeze blowing from the Gulf of Mexico.
