Description
Our holiday home is a ground floor bungalow with a spacious, cosy garden that is not visible from the outside. This is fenced so that small children and dogs are protected from running away. The house has 3 bedrooms. All 3 have a 140cm double bed, in one there is also a large stable loft bed, which also invites you to play because it is built like a castle.
The kitchen is large with a corner bench and a dining table from where you can comfortably look out of the window. Dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available.
There are 2 new bathrooms, one with a large shower, the other with a bathtub.
In the cosy living room with gas fireplace you will find a Smart TV.
W-LAN is at your disposal.
The settlement is located directly in front of the beach access, the beach is within walking distance in a few minutes.

- Wir empfehlen im eigenen Interesse den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung, da wir bei Absagen später als 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn den vollen Preis (ohne Kurtaxe und Endreinigung) abzüglich 10% berechnen müssen. Bei Absagen 60-30 Tage vor Mietbeginn werden 50% und bei früheren Absagen 20% fällig.

I have been going to this house since I was a child. We are now in the third generation and my children also love being here. Both the peace and quiet from everyday life, as well as the beach, of course, but also the great recreational opportunities such as cycling, the many offers also in the surrounding holiday parks and campsites. Of course, the walks with the dog on the beach are especially nice. For us, it is a second home.
