Welcome to the artists' house "Karoline" by the sea!
The 3-room holiday flat "Photo" was planned and furnished with photographic works from 5 decades by the Binz photographer Lutz Grünke.
This beautiful bright flat is approx. 48m² in size and is located on the 2nd floor.
The living room offers you a kitchenette with dishwasher, 3-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and kettle as well as a dining area with large table (extendable to 2.40m), a comfortable couch and TV. A large double French door is designed as a French balcony. The enamel work on this window is by Jenny Rempel.
One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and separate wardrobe space.
The other bedroom has a single bed and a sleeping chair that can be used for a 2nd child if needed.
The flat has a small hallway with wardrobe.
The bathroom offers a hairdryer, shower and WC.
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults without extra person.
A parking space in the multi-storey car park in Wylichstraße (entrance height 1.90m) can be booked additionally for 8 €/night.
There is a storage room for 4 bicycles in the house. There is also a large bicycle parking area behind the house.

You will find Künstlerhaus Karoline at the beginning of the Binzer Kunstmeile in Margaretenstraße/corner of Strandpromenade - only a few steps away from the beach. Each holiday flat has been designed and decorated by a renowned artist with great attention to beautiful detail. You will also find original art on every floor of the house itself. Look forward to an artistic island holiday in the best location!
You can reach the pier and the centre of Binz in about 3 minutes on foot. Many breakfast bakeries, restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are nearby.
You can walk to the playground at the spa administration or to the water playground at Schmachter See in approx. 10-15 minutes.
